Contemporary Mudcloth Runner from Mali

Our unique African table runner features abstract patterns and rich earthy tones that characterize modern mudcloth. Once a craft form practiced only by Bamana women, mudcloth has been updated recently with lighter cottons, faster production time and abstract symbolism, and it is currently created by both Malian women and men.
